After the prioritization and selection process is completed orphan and vulnerable children in immediate danger and severe cases will be admitted to a child care center. Children include in this activates or program is those who are in the age range of 0-10 years old.

For the practical implementation of this program, the project will open an office and a child care center in Hawassa town. This center will be equipped with the necessary equipment and utilities and will be organized with competent professionals and support staff.

In this program, the project will provide the admitted children with basic life needs, medication, and psycho-social support. Furthermore, to prevent the impacts of institutionalization we will place the children in other alternatives based on the guiding principle and in the best interest of the child.
